IN 2022, LUIS WAS NOW A ‘PROPER NORTHERNER' LIVING IN YORKSHIRE but STILL MISSED MéXICO. THE PEOPLE, vibrancy & GREAT FOOD.
IN 2024, HANNAH AND LUIS decided to bring MÉXICO TO THE UK WITH FRIDA, THEIR OWN MOBILE TAQUERÍA. they started selling their CRISPY TACOS in LOCAL PUBS.
